The room was decent, but the shared bathroom was often crowded.

The location is magnificent, close to the shop.

The rooms are en suite for my requirements.

that was homely and exceptionally friendly hotel set in fairly nice area, really close to a shop, and the outskirts of glasgow. the staff was awesome plus the location was great. en suite and lovely room in his clothes, everything was great. everywhere there was clean.

I stayed in a Twin Room with Private Bathroom for one night and found the room to be clean and well-maintained. The bar area was a nice feature, with drinks without needing to head out, although it did get a bit loud at times. The staff were friendly and accommodating. If you're looking for a quiet stay, you might want to take note of the late-night activity.

One guy at check-in tried to charge us again, even though we had already paid. This was a bit frustrating and awkward, especially since he wasn't friendly. It put a damper on our arrival.

Limited amenities were apparent with only two working plug sockets and no toiletries in the shared bathroom. Noise levels were a consistent issue, as sounds from nearby guests and the boisterous bar made it hard to rest comfortably. Breakfast consisted of only basic options, which didn't match up with expectations, and the restaurant hours were rather restrictive. It reminded me of the hotel prioritizes its bar over its hotel accommodations.
